Maxtrax Return Policy?
Maxtrax.com.au offers a Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty on their Recovery Boards against manufacturing defects. If the product fails due to defective manufacture when used in accordance with the provided instructions, it will be replaced at no cost. This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the product is found to be defective and covered by the warranty, a replacement or refund will be arranged, normally within 7 working days of receipt of the product. This may take longer in some cases.
Maxtrax also offers a 12-month Warranty on their Storage & Mounting components against manufacturing defects. If these products fail due to defective manufacture when used in accordance with the provided instructions, they will be replaced at no cost.
Freight costs will be refunded only for the return of any product which is covered by the warranty and if the return is due to an error on Maxtrax's part.
